My fitness background and experience.
As a youngster I was uninterested in sporting or fitness pursuits. Trying out karate changed all that. I participated consistently in Goju Ryu karate from 1983-1993. I started gym and resistance training in 1983 and started working in the fitness industry in 2005. During this time I have had the opportunity to work in a multitude of gyms. I have worked with many people with many levels of experience and ranging from 16-93 years of age. I have also been a studio instructor, teaching fitness classes for the whole duration of this time.
